Day 28 &29

As promised I'm exhausted but have a great amount of energy every morning. I weighed in at 153.2 this morning!  It was great news and kept me motivated.  I had Chris pick me up some tuna on the go for my lean and green since I have had a hard time fitting that in. Tomorrow I work at 7am and go until 10pm or so - going to be a long day! Might back another medifast meal.

  1. YES! Add a Medifast meal if you're working especially hard and long days. Even two if you are feeling hungry or worn out, or bulk up your salad with extra greens. You do NOT want to starve your body of calories if your activity level is dramatically higher than normal. Also - don't forget to add snacks from the program - pickles, celery, almonds, etc. And remember to drink lot's of water because hunger could really be thirst. You're doing great!!
